Acceptable Use Policy

RamiruAI restyles the photos you upload into cultural wedding and couple portraits. That's the whole product, and this policy keeps it safe and comfortable for everyone. Here it is in plain language.

You can:

• Upload your own photos, and photos of other adults who agreed to be in them.
• Generate wedding, engagement, and couple portraits in the styles we offer.
• Share or print your generated images, as long as you follow our Terms & Conditions.

You cannot:

• Generate anything nude, sexual, erotic, or suggestive. This is an NSFW-free product with no exceptions.
• Upload photos of anyone under 18, or of people who didn't agree to be in them.
• Create deepfakes, face-swaps, or images of celebrities and public figures.
• Create anything illegal, hateful, violent, deceptive, or that infringes someone's rights.

The Service generates AI restyled portraits from photos you upload, such as pre-wedding, engagement, and couple portraits in cultural styles. It's built for adults creating their own portraits and memories. It is not built for edgy experiments, and it is not an art tool with looser rules. If a use case would embarrass you explaining it to the people in the photo, don't do it here.

Every photo you upload must clear all of these bars:

• It's a photo of you, or of an adult who agreed to have their likeness used for AI restyling.
• You have the right to use the photo for this purpose.
• Everyone in the photo is an adult (18 or older).
• The photo contains no nudity or sexual content, even if the image you want back would be fully clothed.

We may ask you to confirm you have consent from the people in your photos. Uploading photos of strangers, public figures, or people who later object is a violation of this policy, and we'll remove the images and act on the account.

The following are never allowed, with or without consent, in any style, and regardless of how the request is phrased:

• Nudity, sexual acts, or pornographic content of any kind.
• Sexually suggestive or erotic content, including suggestive poses, implied nudity, lingerie imagery, or "tasteful nude" styles.
• Any content that sexualizes minors. We treat this with zero tolerance, report it to the relevant authorities, and cooperate fully with their investigations.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexual or intimate content involving anyone who has not explicitly agreed to it.
• Deepfakes, face-swaps, or images that put a real, identifiable person's face into content they never agreed to, including celebrities, public figures, and political figures.
• Content that impersonates, defames, harasses, or demeans a real person.
• Hateful content targeting people or groups, or violent, gory, or shocking content.
• Content that promotes illegal activity, aids fraud or scams, or is made to deceive people, including fake documentation or fabricated events.
• Content that copies or imitates copyrighted characters, trademarks, or other people's protected work.

The list isn't exhaustive. If something feels like it sits right next to these categories, treat it as disallowed and contact us first at support@ramiruai.com.

Trying to get around these rules is itself a violation. That includes editing or splicing inputs to sneak past review, phrasing requests to dodge our filters, using cropped or altered photos, or retrying a refused generation until it slips through. We refuse generations, and we improve our screening over time as misuse patterns appear.

We use a mix of automated screening and human review on uploads and generations where needed. When something breaks this policy, we can:

• Refuse a generation or remove content, with or without notice.
• Suspend features, revoke credits, or ban accounts that misuse the Service.
• Report illegal content, and the accounts behind it, to the appropriate authorities.

Where it's feasible we'll tell you why action was taken, but we're not required to when the law or an active investigation prevents it.

If you appear in generated content without your consent, or you see content that breaks this policy, email us at support@ramiruai.com with the details and we'll investigate. We treat reports of non-consensual intimate imagery and any content involving minors as urgent.

This policy is part of our Terms & Conditions and applies to everyone who uses the Service, including paid customers. Breaking this policy is a breach of the Terms, which means we can remove content, revoke credits, and suspend or terminate access. Words like 'the Service', 'Credits', and 'Generated Images' carry the meanings given in the Terms.

We may update this policy as the Service and its misuse patterns evolve. The effective date at the top shows the latest revision, and if a change materially affects you, we will communicate it through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
