Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and RamiruAI ("we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the RamiruAI mobile applications (iOS and Android) and our website (collectively, the "Service").

• By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using the Service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
• If you use the Service on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
• If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

RamiruAI lets you upload a photo, choose a cultural wedding style, aspect ratio, and pose count, and generate AI-created pre-wedding images. Image generation is performed by third-party AI models accessed through our backend; the active model is selected by us and may change over time.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. To buy credits, you must be at least 18 years old or have the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

• You may sign in with an email verification code sent to your email address, or with Google sign-in.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials and devices secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• Do not create multiple accounts. Creating multiple accounts to claim additional trial credits is a violation of these Terms.
• Notify us immediately at support@ramiruai.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

Image generation is paid for with credits. One credit generates one image; a request with 1, 3, or 5 poses uses 1, 3, or 5 credits respectively.

• Credit packs are sold as one-time, consumable in-app purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play: Starter (25 credits), Pro (80 credits), and Elite (130 credits).
• Credits are not a subscription, never expire, and are non-transferable. There is no cash value, and credits cannot be exchanged for money.
• You are only charged credits for images that are successfully generated. If a generation fails and produces no images, no credits are consumed.
• New users may receive one free trial credit. Trial credits are limited to one per person and per email address.
• Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and validated through RevenueCat. Your use of the app stores is also governed by the app store terms. Apple's Standard EULA applies to the iOS app.
• Refunds for purchases are handled by Apple or Google according to their own policies; we are unable to issue direct refunds for app store purchases.
• We may adjust credit pricing or pack contents at any time. Changes apply to future purchases and do not affect credits you have already bought.
• If we detect fraudulent purchases, chargeback abuse, or trial-credit abuse, we may revoke the associated credits and suspend or terminate the related accounts.

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• Upload photos of people who have not consented to having their image used for AI generation, or photos you do not have the right to use.
• Upload images of minors to generate romantic, suggestive, or wedding-attire content, or any content that sexualizes minors. This is strictly prohibited and will be reported where required by law.
• Create content that impersonates a real person in a misleading way, is defamatory, harassing, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or otherwise unlawful.
• Attempt to generate images that violate applicable law or the usage policies of the underlying AI model providers.
• Circumvent trial-credit eligibility, scrape or reverse engineer the Service, overload our systems, or interfere with other users.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute access to the Service without our written permission.

We may remove content and suspend or ban accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice, and may report illegal content to the appropriate authorities.

You retain all rights to the photos you upload ("Your Photos"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and transmit Your Photos solely to operate and provide the Service, including sending them to the AI model provider described in the Privacy Policy.

Subject to these Terms and to applicable law, and to the extent permitted by the rights in Your Photos and the outputs of the AI model provider, you may use the images generated from Your Photos ("Generated Images"), including sharing and printing them.

• We do not claim ownership of Your Photos or Generated Images.
• We may display your Generated Images to you within the app and serve them to your devices.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of Generated Images does not infringe the rights of any person, including likeness and publicity rights.
• You can delete individual generations at any time, which permanently deletes the associated stored images.

Images are produced by machine-learning models and are inherently unpredictable.

• Generated Images may contain artifacts, distortions, or features that do not resemble the source photo, and may vary between generations of the same request.
• Generated Images are not a substitute for professional photography and are provided "as is" without any guarantee of quality, likeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Generated Images may be similar to images generated for other users; we do not guarantee that any Generated Image is unique.
• The AI models, styles, features, and pricing of the Service may change, be updated, or be discontinued at any time.

We aim to keep the Service available, but we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time, including for maintenance, security, third-party model changes, or legal reasons. We are not liable for unavailability, delays, or data loss to the extent permitted by law.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from within the app. Deleting your account permanently removes your generations, credits, and stored images.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, create multiple accounts to abuse trial credits, or engage in fraudulent purchases. Where feasible, we will tell you why; we are not required to do so where prohibited by law or where doing so would compromise an investigation.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT GENERATED IMAGES WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAMIRUAI AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for credits in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose, or one hundred US dollars (US$100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RamiruAI and its owners, employees, and suppliers from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, Your Photos, or Generated Images, or your breach of these Terms or of applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in Indonesia will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your place of residence gives you the right to bring claims in your local courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows the latest revision. If a change materially affects your rights, we will communicate it through the app or on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
