Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how RamiruAI ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you use the RamiruAI mobile applications (iOS and Android) and our website (collectively, the "Service"). The Service lets you upload a photo, choose a cultural wedding style, and generate AI-created pre-wedding images.

• By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy and to our Terms & Conditions.
• If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

We collect only the information needed to operate the Service:

Account information

• Your name and email address, which you provide when signing in with an email verification code or through Google sign-in.
• Your profile photo, if you sign in with Google.
• Your account preferences, such as whether generated images include a watermark and whether you receive in-app notifications.

Photos and generated images

• The photo you upload for each generation. Uploaded photos are required for the Service to work.
• The AI-generated images produced from your photo, and technical details about them (dimensions, file format, file size).

Generation and credit information

• Details of each generation: the style, aspect ratio, and pose count you chose, the status of the request, and when it was created.
• Your credit balance and a record of credit transactions, including credits granted from purchases and credits used for generations.
• The email address associated with accounts that have received or used trial credits, which we keep to prevent duplicate trial-credit abuse.

Session and technical information

• When you are signed in, we store a session record that includes a session token, the session start and expiry times, and, for security purposes, the IP address and browser/app user agent associated with the session.
• Standard network and security logs processed by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) when requests reach our servers.

Payment information

• We do not collect or store your payment card details. Credit packs are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and purchases are validated through RevenueCat. We store only the credit grants and transaction references needed to keep your credit ledger accurate.

We do not require or store passwords. Sign-in is done with a one-time verification code sent to your email, or with Google sign-in.

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account and authenticate you securely, including sending one-time verification codes by email.
• Generate the pre-wedding images you request and show them to you.
• Track your credit balance, validate purchases, and grant purchased and trial credits.
• Prevent abuse, such as duplicate accounts claiming trial credits, and enforce our Terms & Conditions, including account bans for violations.
• Operate, secure, and improve the Service, and comply with legal obligations.
• Provide support when you contact us.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your photos to advertise to you or to train our own models.

To generate images, the photo you upload is sent from our servers, through Cloudflare AI Gateway, to a third-party AI image model provider. The model provider currently in use is selected in our admin settings and may be one of the following: OpenAI, Google, xAI, or ByteDance.

Please keep the following in mind:

• Only upload photos of yourself or of people who have given you permission to use their image for this purpose.
• Do not upload photos containing sensitive personal information, other people who have not consented, or content you are not legally allowed to use.
• Your uploaded photo and the generation prompt are processed by the selected model provider for the purpose of producing your images.

We share personal information only with the service providers and processors necessary to run the Service:

• Cloudflare — hosting and delivery of the Service, our application database, image storage, email delivery for verification codes, AI Gateway, and image resizing/optimization. Cloudflare also processes standard security and network logs.
• AI image model providers (OpenAI, Google, xAI, or ByteDance) — they process your uploaded photo and the generation request to produce your images, as described in section 4.
• Google — if you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, name, email address, and profile photo. Google's handling of that data is governed by Google's own privacy policy.
• RevenueCat — subscription and in-app purchase infrastructure used to validate credit pack purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Apple and Google — the app stores through which you download the app and make purchases. Their own privacy policies apply to the data they collect.

We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of RamiruAI, our users, or others. A limited set of RamiruAI administrators may view account, credit, and generation data to operate and support the Service.

We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide the Service:

• Uploaded photos and generated images are stored until you delete the related generation or delete your account.
• Generation records, your credit ledger, and account information are kept while your account is active.
• Session records are kept until the session expires.
• The email addresses of accounts that received or used trial credits are retained after account deletion, as described below, to prevent trial-credit abuse.

You can delete your account from within the app at any time. When you do:

• Your account, sessions, generations, and credit history are deleted.
• Your uploaded photos and generated images stored on our servers are permanently deleted.
• The email address associated with your account is kept on a separate list of emails that have received or used trial credits, so that trial credits cannot be claimed again with the same email. This record is not linked to a user account and cannot be used to identify anything other than trial-credit eligibility.

Some data may persist temporarily in backups or caches before being fully purged.

We protect your information using industry-standard measures, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), session-based authentication, and infrastructure operated by Cloudflare. Images are addressed with unguessable, randomly generated keys. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable data protection laws (such as the GDPR or CCPA) to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your personal information — you can do this directly by deleting your account in the app.
• Object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

You can also manage preferences in the app, including turning watermarks on or off and changing notification settings. To exercise any right that cannot be exercised in the app, contact us using the details below. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

The Service is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure, and data may be processed or stored in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers. Note that the AI model providers described in section 4 may also process your uploaded photo in their own regions.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated through the app or on our website. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
